How can I search?
To find the ideal vacation villa in our area, simply use our search engine on the home page. Filter the results by your arrival and departure dates, and adjust the search with criteria such as type of pool, pets allowed, young people, Internet availability, and distance to the sea. Click on the villa's photo for more details and you are done!
Do all accommodations have Internet?
Not all our accommodations have Internet access. Only those marked with 'Internet access' in the amenities guarantee this service.
What is the 100% satisfaction guarantee?
We guarantee that the accommodation you rent corresponds exactly to its description on our website. If not, contact us immediately, and we will try to resolve the problem. If we cannot offer you an adequate solution, we will refund your money.
What is the best price guarantee?
We assure you that the price you find on XeckinHolidays.com will be the lowest available on the Internet for the villa you choose. If you find the same accommodation at a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price.
Can I bring my pet?
You can easily search for villas that allow pets by checking the corresponding box in our search engine.
What is the exact address of the accommodation?
The exact location will be sent once the reservation is confirmed, until then an approximate area is shown to protect the privacy of our properties. You will receive the exact address in an attached document during the booking process.
Can I ask for a last-minute rate?
If you plan to travel within two weeks, contact us to discuss possible last-minute discounts.
Can I go with more people than the maximum allowed?
No, unless there is prior written communication. You must contact us if you want to accommodate more people than allowed in the villa, and we will inform you of the possibilities.
Are children counted as part of the reservation?
Children under 3 years old are not counted as part of the reservation. Up to 2 additional babies can be accommodated in each accommodation.
Do all group guests have to be over 18?
The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old. Other guests must be at least 17 years old and provide a copy of the general conditions signed by their parents.

What is the 'damage fund'?
This fund covers possible damages and replaces the traditional security deposit. It covers accidental damages up to a maximum value of 120€.
Who are considered 'young people' and what accommodations can they book?
Some villas have age restrictions for young groups. Be sure to check this information before booking, generally, it is an average age of the group under 25 years.
Is initial and final cleaning included in the rental?
Final cleaning is not included in all accommodations. The additional cost is specified at the time of booking.
How much does final cleaning cost?

Will someone take us to the accommodation?
We cannot guarantee accompaniment to all properties, so you will receive detailed directions to get to the accommodation and our office.
What documents are needed for check-in?
You need the reservation confirmation and passport for all guests.
Do we need an ID or passport to travel to Spain?
Yes, it is necessary for all guests, including children and babies.
Are there any extra costs for electricity or water?
Most accommodations include these services, but check the accommodation page. In extraordinary cases, an additional cost may be required if there is justified misuse of supplies.
What about sheets and towels?
These items are not usually included in the rental. Check the information on the accommodation page.
How much do I have to pay for the security deposit, and when will it be refunded?
The refundable deposit is refunded after check-out and inspection of the accommodation.
Do you offer other extra services?

Pool and garden maintenance is included in the reservation price.
Do we have to fill in all the information about each guest?
Yes, it is mandatory by law to provide information for all guests, and this may deny entry to the villa. It is mandatory to complete this procedure before your vacation.

What size are the beds?

Allergies?
